Question 1

Does tagging Cirro cost anything or give Cirro access to my data?

Accepted Answer

No cost, no contract, no data access, no change to your billing. Partner tagging is purely an administrative link inside Zoho, and Cirro gets zero visibility into your account or private records.

Question 2

What happens if I already have a Zoho Partner?

Accepted Answer

Zoho notifies your current partner and gives them up to five working days to respond. If they take no action, the change goes through automatically. You can withdraw your request at any time before it completes.

Question 3

Do I have to switch partners to work with Cirro?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. Many businesses work with a specialty partner for one area and bring Cirro in for another, and we're glad to collaborate alongside your existing partner that way. That said, to deliver our outcome-based services or unlock our preferred and premium free perks, Zoho does need us tagged as the partner of record for those engagements.

Question 4

What is the Free 30-Minute AI Capability Audit?

Accepted Answer

A one-on-one strategy call with a senior systems architect to evaluate how AI agents, automated document ingestion, and custom scripts can optimize your specific Zoho deployment. Tagging us is how Zoho recognizes which partner is supporting you. It's part of the same program that lets us offer this. No cost to you, and it helps us grow as a partner too. You keep the audit and its findings whether or not you continue working with Cirro.

Question 5

What's included in the Zoho Health Check?

Accepted Answer

We go through your Zoho setup and flag what's quietly costing you time or accuracy: duplicate or messy records, fields and modules nobody uses anymore, workflows that have started working against you, and places where automation could be doing more. You get a clear list of what to fix and what's already working well.

How do I qualify for VIP status?
